1. Sawasdee

Sawasdee in Thai word means Hello. This is the first word that you need to learn about , It’s not too right if you say just ” Sa-Was-Dee” .If you’re man you should put “Krub” in the end of sentence ,like Sawasdee krub .If you’re woman you should say “Ka” in the end of sentence .

2.Krub – Ka

The words Krub (Men) and Ka (Women) is polite word that you should say in the end of every sentence.

Example : Sawasdee krub , Kobkhun Ka

3.Kobkhun

Kobkhun is means Thank you , as my experience many foreigners may confuse between sawasdee and kobkhun.

4.Chai

Chai in thai word means Yes,That’s right,Correct , You can put krub or ka in the end

Example : Chai ka

5.Mai 

Mai in thai word means No,Nope,None ,You can put krub or ka in the end

Example : Mai Krub

6.Kortod

Kortod in thai word means Sorry,Pardon,Excuse me.

Example : Kortod krub.

7.Sabye dee

Sabye dee can means I’m Fine,Great ,but if you put Mai  in the end , it will be a question

Example : Sabye dee Mai ka?

Example : Sabye dee ka.

8.Khun-Doo-Dee-Mark

This words means you’re looking good,you can use this for men and women .But if you want to tell girl that’s so beautiful you can also use Khun-Suay-Mark too.

9.Hiw

Hiw is means Hungry. If you’re hungry you can tell Chan-Hiw.

10.Aroy

Aroy is means Yum,Delicious. You can add “Mark Mark” (very much)  in the end so It’s will be Aroy-Mark-Mark (1 Mark is yum 2 mark is soooo yummm)

1.ไข่ต้ม

อาหารยอดฮิตของชาวฟิตกล้าม นั่นก็คือไข่ต้ม ที่ควรเลือกกินแต่ไข่ขาว

2.อกไก่

อกไก่ ควรเลือกการปรุงแบบต้ม หรืออบ จะช่วยให้ปราศจากไขมันได้มากกว่าการปรุงแบบอื่นๆ

3.ผักต่างๆ

อย่างที่รู้กันว่า ผักนั้นมีสารอาหาร และวิตามินต่างๆที่ร่างกายต้องการ การเลือกกินผักควรเลือกกินให้ครบทุกสี และเน้นกินผักที่มีวิตามินซีสูง เพื่อเพิ่มความสดชื่นให้ร่างกาย รวมถึงการเลือกกินข้าวที่ไม่ขัดสี อย่างข้าวไรซ์เบอร์รี่ จะให้คุณค่าทางอาหารมากกว่าข้าวขาว

4.ผลไม้

ผลไม้ เป็นอีกหนึ่งอาหารสำคัญ ที่ร่างกายต้องการได้รับ รวมถึงสารสำคัญในการออกกำลังกายอย่างวิตามินซี ที่ช่วยให้ร่างกายสดชื่นขึ้นได้ แต่ข้อควรระวัง ควรเลือกกินผลไม้ที่ไขมันต่ำ หลีกเลี่ยงผลไม้ไขมันสูงอย่าง ทุเรียน

5.น้ำเปล่า

การดื่มน้ำให้เพียงพอ จะช่วยให้ร่างกายสดชื่น กระปรี้กระเปร่า โดยเฉพาะเมื่อออกกำลังกาย ซึ่งเป็นการใช้พลังงาน ทำให้ร่างกายมีอุณหภูมิสูงขึ้น ร่างกายจึงสูยเสียน้ำเป็นจำนวนมาก การดื่มน้ำจะช่วยให้ร่างกายเย็นลง เเละสดชื่นขึ้น

6.เนื้อปลา

เนื้อปลา ควรเลือกเนื้อปลาที่มีไขมันดี อย่างเนื้อปลาแซลมอน หรือปลาเนื้อขาวอื่นๆ เพราะมีไขมันดี ที่ช่วยให้ร่างกายแข็งแรง และช่วยเสริมสร้างส่วนที่สึกหรอ หลังออกกำลังกายได้ดี

7.ธัญพืช

ธัญพืช ควรเลืกกินที่มีไขมันต่ำ อย่างเมล็ดงา เมล็ดฟักทอง เป็นต้น

8.เวย์โปรตีน

อีกหนึ่งตัวช่วยสำคัญ หากคุณต้องการเพิ่มสารอาหาร ในส่วนที่คุณคิดว่าอาจจะขาดไปในบางมื้อ เช่น ผัก ผลไม้ หรือแร่ธาตุต่างๆที่จำเป็นต่อร่างกาย แนะนำให้ใช้เวย์โปรตีนในการช่วยเพิ่มสารอาหารที่มีประโยชน์เหล่านั้น ซึ่งนอกจากจะได้คุณค่าทางอาหารเเล้ว ยังช่วยให้กล้ามของคุณฟูขึ้นได้รวดเร็ว
